Goad：驅(qū)使，煽動(dòng)
11月9日，駐伊美軍海軍陸戰(zhàn)隊(duì)士兵在費(fèi)盧杰郊外向城內(nèi)開(kāi)炮，并和伊拉克軍隊(duì)一起與反美武裝人員在費(fèi)盧杰城內(nèi)激烈交火，目前美軍正縮小對(duì)費(fèi)盧杰的包圍圈。外電報(bào)道如下：U.S. troops powered their way into the center of the insurgent stronghold of Fallujah on Tuesday, overwhelming small bands of guerrillas with massive force, searching homes along the city's deserted, narrow passageways and using loudspeakers to try to goad militants onto the streets.
