如何克服恐懼
Everyone may meet difficulties when theydeal with some problems. When we experience some situations which we cannotovercome at once, we will get nervous, and they may drive us to thedistraction. Fear will bring us physical and mental torture. As a result, thecase will get worse and worse. And we will be lake of confidence to finish thetask. So learning how to overcome fear is particularly vital for us.
每個人可能都會在他們處理一些問題時會遇到困難。當我們經(jīng)歷一些我們不能立刻解決的問題的情況時,我們會變得緊張不安,并且這些情況會驅(qū)使我們注意力分散。恐懼將會帶給我們身心折磨。結(jié)果,事情將會變得更加糟糕。我們也會缺乏自信完成我們的任務。所以說,學會如何克服恐懼對我們來說尤其重要。
Firstly, we must have a great control tolet us calm down when we meet some emergency situations. Thus, our brain willget precious time to think about how to do with this terrible situation. On thecontrary, if we are in a panic, the best chance to gain success will fly away.Although it may be difficult to do that, we should do it again and again, andthen we will acquire enough experiences to overcome our fears.
首先,我們必須要有一個良好的控制力去讓我們在遇到緊急情況時鎮(zhèn)靜下來。這樣,我們的大腦也會有珍貴的時間去思考如何處理糟糕的情況。相反,如果我們陷入恐慌中,獲得成功最好的機會將會飛走。盡管這樣做會有些困難,但是我們應該反復訓練自己去平靜下來。這樣,我們就會獲得足夠的經(jīng)驗去克服恐懼。
Secondly, it is also essential for us toknow some good ways which can overcome fear. When you are in a hard situation,but there are some people who still speak negative words to you, just ignorethem. You should tell yourself that it’s my own business, so I must deal withit by my heart, and I can’t be influenced by other persons. Psychological hintwill become a strong motivation to you to solve your problems. Furthermore, youshould focus on your mind to think of how to be out of the wood rather thanwaste time to do some unnecessary things.
其次,我們知道一些好的克服恐懼的方法也是非常重要的。當你處在一個困境時,并且還有人對你說一些消極的話時,你可以忽視他們,你應該告訴你自己,這是我自己的事情,所以我必須要用心做好它,我不能被別人影響。心理暗示將會成為一個強大的動力讓你有信心去解決問題。還有就是,你應該集中注意力思考如何脫離困境而不是浪費時間去想一些沒必要的事情。
Finally, we should open up our train ofthought to think over the situation. And it is benefit for us to let ourfriends give us a hand. Surely, we must mainly depend on ourselves. Thus, wewill overcome our fear, get a strong motivation, and gain a clear way to finishour tasks.
最后,我們應該打開我們的思路反復思考這個情況。請求朋友幫助對我們來說也是有益的。當然,我們主要還是要靠自己解決問題。這樣,我們將會克服恐懼,得到強大的動力,清晰的方法去完成我們的任務。
In a word, we should have a goodpsychological quality to overcome fear.,and we need to learnhow to be stronger.
總之,我們應該要有一個良好的心理素質(zhì)去戰(zhàn)勝恐懼,并且學習如何變得更加強大。
