First, you must figure out what the design of your stairs will be。 If you don’t know, find a person who has managed to build a set of stairs to reach his pie, and find out what needs to be done。
Next, you will need to prepare for your stairs。 You need to buy the wood and the tools。 You might need to replace some broken tools。
Finally, and this is the hardest step, you need to focus your mind on your work。 The actual work requires constructing the stairs。 You may find that you’ve worked really hard for days, weeks or even months, and then suddenly find that your stairs are not going to line up with your pie。 So you need to make sure that you still have money to buy new materials and rebuild your stairs in the right direction。
With proper planning and careful pacing, you will be able to reach your pie。 Your pie is right there, right above you。 All you need to do is get it。

Many people want to believe that finding happiness is all about finding or getting something that they want。 However, not many people have ever found long-term happiness by achieving a goal。 There will always be another thing that they want。 There will always be another exam or another dollar。
To break this vicious cycle, we must find our happiness somewhere else ―within ourselves。 In other words, happiness is pletely an inside job。 The key to finding happiness is to understand that happiness is a choice rather than the result of an experience。 We have been given everything
We need to be happy。 Allow yourself to choose happiness。 If life was perfect, would you be happy? Life is perfect because we create it with our choices。 Since we can create life, we can create happiness and choose how much better our lives can get!
Only when we can accept that life is perfect as it is, and that our lives are the sum total of everything that has happened up to this moment, can we accept the joy and the happiness we deserve。

時(shí)光匆匆,轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已走過(guò)了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來(lái)這段時(shí)間有些短暫。但細(xì)數(shù)往昔歲月的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴,我還是要長(zhǎng)嘆:生活原來(lái)給了我們那么多感動(dòng)。為了這真情付出后得到的感動(dòng),我一直在追求著。剛剛參加工作時(shí),信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進(jìn)課堂,感覺(jué)一切都是那樣美好。然而,醉酒方知酒味濃,為師才知為師難。一段時(shí)間之后,我先前良好的自我感覺(jué)早就一掃而空,面對(duì)一群求知欲渴的孩子們,我才真正意識(shí)到教師職業(yè)是何等的艱辛和瑣碎,三尺講臺(tái)站上去容易,要站好可真難。
每個(gè)人都希望自己的人生風(fēng)和日麗,鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺,人有旦夕禍福,挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上,還是收起此時(shí)內(nèi)心的苦楚用微笑面對(duì)純真可愛(ài)的孩子?我想沒(méi)有人愿意選擇前者,因?yàn)槟愕男闹杏袗?ài)!魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛(ài)的”。是的,愛(ài)是教育的源泉,教師有了愛(ài),才會(huì)用伯樂(lè)的眼光去發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們的閃光點(diǎn),才會(huì)對(duì)自己的教育對(duì)象充滿了信心和愛(ài)心,才會(huì)有追求卓越的精神和創(chuàng)新的精神。

Now I know that there are no times in life when opportunity, the chance to be and do gathers so richly about my soul when it has to suffer cruel adversity. Then everything depends on whether I raise my head or lower it in seeking help. Whenever I am struck down, in the future, by any terrible defeat, I will inquire of myself, after the first pain has passed, how I can turn that adversity into good. What a great opportunity that moment may present……to take the bitter root I am holding and transform it into fragrant garden of flowers.
Always will I seek the seed of triumph in every adversity.

If I have a chance to live to be an old woman, I shall, in my peaceful dreams, seek the old paths leading through the trees which I used to travel down in my earlier days。 The old bell tower, standing in the golden sunlight, makes a slow, solemn1 sound as girls pour into the church like a stream。 There they will kneel, pray and whisper to their spiritual Lord about the little things in their lives。 They will ask him to help them in reaching their future goals and I can hear the old church tower whisper in return, “Yes, St。 Mary certainly possesses the most hard-working girls that shall glorify2 her with their bright futures!”
What I feel when I hear these words depends on whether I have done anything meaningful over the years。 If I have been successful, I will smile with pride and contentment, for I have taken a part, though a very small part, in carving out, with the knife of time, this wonderful model of school life。
