內(nèi)地企業(yè)級(jí)四成未滿(mǎn)35歲 半數(shù)是女性
The rise of the new entrepreneurs on Chinese mainland has posed challenge to the traditional concept of "entrepreneurs", says a report released by HSBC Private Bank on Dec. 8, 2015.
據(jù)匯豐私人銀行的12月8日發(fā)布的報(bào)道顯示,中國(guó)內(nèi)地新一代企業(yè)家的崛起正在對(duì)傳統(tǒng)意義上"企業(yè)家"這一概念形成挑戰(zhàn)。
The report says entrepreneurs on the mainland are becoming younger and relying more on family and connections. 40 percent of these entrepreneurs are under 35, and 50 percent are women. The number female entrepreneurs and their wealth are much higher than their counterparts in western countries.
報(bào)道顯示,內(nèi)地企業(yè)家日益年輕化,也更倚重家族和人脈的支持。此外,內(nèi)地企業(yè)家四成未滿(mǎn)35歲,且半數(shù)是女性,而這些女企業(yè)家比例和富裕程度均高于西方。
The most important finding in this survey is the difference in influence of the family and connection on entrepreneurs between the West and East. 54 percent of Asian entrepreneurs surveyed are from families with enterprises, 10 percent higher than the number in the West. On Chinese mainland, the percentage of this group is even higher — 62 percent of the surveyed entrepreneurs are from families that already own companies.
本次調(diào)查中最引人注目的發(fā)現(xiàn)是家族和人脈對(duì)東西方企業(yè)家的影響力的差異。超過(guò)半數(shù)的(54%)受訪(fǎng)亞洲企業(yè)家來(lái)自擁有企業(yè)的家族,高出西方10個(gè)百分點(diǎn)以上。而在中國(guó)內(nèi)地,該比例明顯更高,有超過(guò)六成(62%)的受訪(fǎng)企業(yè)家來(lái)自已經(jīng)擁有企業(yè)的家族。
In terms of the source of startup capital, 49 percent of Asian entrepreneurs got their startup capital from their families, 26 percent of them got from friends or acquaintances. While in Western societies, only 24 percent of the entrepreneurs got the funds from their families, 9 percent from acquaintances. On Chinese mainland, family fortune plays a much more important role in starting up a business: 61 percent of the entrepreneurs surveyed started their business with money from family, and 32 percent got the money from others' investment.
關(guān)于創(chuàng)業(yè)的啟動(dòng)資金來(lái)源,近半數(shù)的(49%)亞洲受訪(fǎng)企業(yè)家利用家族財(cái)富作為創(chuàng)業(yè)資金,而有26%會(huì)尋求朋友或熟人投資。在西方,僅有24%的受訪(fǎng)企業(yè)家利用家族財(cái)富作為創(chuàng)業(yè)資金,而尋求朋友或熟人資助的比例尚不足十分之一(9%)。在中國(guó)內(nèi)地,家族財(cái)富對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)的作用則顯得更加重要:超過(guò)六成(61%)的受訪(fǎng)企業(yè)家以此為創(chuàng)業(yè)資金,約三分之一(32%)會(huì)向朋友或熟人尋求資助。
The average age of entrepreneurs on Chinese mainland is 30, contrasting the average age of 34 in Western countries and 29 in Asia. Among the mainland entrepreneurs surveyed, 44 percent of them are under 35.
內(nèi)地企業(yè)家創(chuàng)業(yè)的平均年齡為30歲,而西方平均年齡為34歲,亞洲為29歲。其中,四成以上(44%)受訪(fǎng)的內(nèi)地企業(yè)家的年齡未滿(mǎn)35歲。
Another important finding in the survey is that of all the Asian entrepreneurs surveyed, 40 percent of them are women. On Chinese mainland, 37 percent of entrepreneurs surveyed are female and over 52 percent of them are under the age of 35. In comparison, the percentage of female entrepreneurs in the West is only 31 percent. The average asset of female entrepreneurs on the mainland is 4 million dollars, exceeding male entrepreneurs' 3.5 million dollars.
調(diào)查中另一個(gè)重要的發(fā)現(xiàn)是所有受訪(fǎng)的亞洲企業(yè)家中四成(40%)為女性。在中國(guó)內(nèi)地,超37%的受訪(fǎng)企業(yè)家為女性,其中過(guò)半(52%)年齡在35歲以下。相比之下,西方市場(chǎng)女企業(yè)家中比例僅為約三分之一(31%)。內(nèi)地女企業(yè)家的資產(chǎn)平均為400萬(wàn)美元,高于內(nèi)地男企業(yè)家350萬(wàn)美元的資產(chǎn)均值。
