"Saying" claims，suggesting that food for us how important it is！However，you have in the diet，pay attention to diet and health？If you do not pay attention to health may be because a little small negligence lost precious life.
Although I was a pupil， but I know there are plenty of knowledge about food safety！For example can't buy things from a market stall，in the absence of hygiene license at a restaurant， can not eat expired， deterioration， "3 without" food， not eating undercooked，and so on. I also know when to buy small food，pay attention to view the following several aspects：one is to choose good reputation，stable quality of famous brand；2 it is to pay attention to check the product producer name and address on the package，food production date and shelf life， refused to buy "3 without" product；Three is to check food and qualified， the nutrients contained，color fresh degree；Four is to pay attention to the quality and price，small food of ultra—low prices don't buy；Fifth，pay attention to check the food of trademark signs，and so on.
You see，we must choose good food，eat food or it may bring us life risk.
“民以食為天”，這說(shuō)明食品對(duì)于我們來(lái)說(shuō)是多么的重要！不過(guò)，你在飲食過(guò)程中有沒(méi)有注意飲食衛(wèi)生呢？如果你不注意，衛(wèi)生就可能因?yàn)橐稽c(diǎn)兒小小的疏忽而丟失寶貴的生命。
雖然我還是一個(gè)小學(xué)生，可我懂得的關(guān)于食品安全的知識(shí)可不少呢！比如說(shuō)不能在小攤上買(mǎi)東西、不能在沒(méi)有衛(wèi)生許可證的'餐廳吃飯、不能吃過(guò)期、變質(zhì)、“三無(wú)”食品、不能吃未煮熟的東西等等。我還知道在購(gòu)買(mǎi)小食品時(shí)，注重查看以下幾個(gè)方面情況：一是要選擇信譽(yù)好、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的知名品牌；二是要注意查看產(chǎn)品包裝上的廠名、廠址、食品生產(chǎn)日期和保質(zhì)期，拒絕購(gòu)買(mǎi)“三無(wú)”產(chǎn)品；三是檢查食品和合格、所含的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分、色澤新鮮程度；四是注意質(zhì)價(jià)相符，對(duì)超低價(jià)格的小食品不要購(gòu)買(mǎi)；五是注重檢查該食品的食品商標(biāo)標(biāo)志等等。
大家看吧，我們吃食物時(shí)一定要選擇好的食物，否則就有可能給我們帶來(lái)生命危險(xiǎn)。
