壓力的高考英語作文 篇1
The failure of the examination left me unexamined and unpunctual. Never by the teacher as a "good boy" this time Im in class after the top 20, the feelings of grief around all day in my heart, in my heart left a scar immortality.
Stay alone in the bedroom, slowly open the instrument cover, 88 black and white keys appear in front of my eyes, I smile, for the sake of the exam, didnt practise the piano for a long time, in the end is not draw water with a sieve, fingers are rusty, I do so worth it? I ask about the most authentic self that is bound to lose. But there was no response. Maybe she was laughing at me.
Rational thought, sitting in front of the piano, a strange and familiar feeling envelops me, a helpless self. The hands are lightly placed on the keys, cool and comfortable. I want to play something, but I cant remember anything. I shook my head and turned on the music, and I saw a song in front of me, but they didnt give me any feeling. Suddenly I turned to a page, and my fingers stopped, and I was trembling. "A dream wedding"! This song that has brought me so many honors, is it really that I want to play?
壓力的高考英語作文 篇2
We have recently held a class meeting to discuss the pressure upon everyone of us Senior Three students. At the meeting everyone expressed their own opinions on how to get relieved from pressure.
Pressure es from all around: from the heavy load of learning, from the fierce petition, from teachers, and from parents. Pressure may affect our studies if there’s too much of it. However, if taken positively, a certain amount of pressure may help push us ahead.
Whenever I find there’s too much pressure, I choose to work out or listen to some light music, which seems to be quite effective. There are many approaches to getting oneself relieved when pressure accumulates. I strongly remend that when you feel much too stressed, you stop whatever you are doing, get out into the open, take a deep breath, and start thinking of something positive.
壓力的高考英語作文 篇3
with the fast are pace of modern life, more and more people are living under great pressure. some people are afraid of pressure. they think that the stresses and strains of work deprive them of joy and happiness. in their view, stress does harm to them both physically and mentally. that is why they prefer something less competitive and strenuous to something more demanding and challenging. others argue that stress isn’t as bad as it often supposed to be. unless it is overwhelming, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and stimulation. with out stress, you may slack off and idle away your time. it gives purpose and meaning to an otherwise meaningless, dull life. people under stress tend to bring their potential into full play and to realize their goals. in my opinion, we shouldn’t escape from stress but to face it as it is. what we can do is to adapt to the stress and to profit from it rather than to avoid it.
壓力的高考英語作文 篇4
ncreased stress results in increased productivity--up to a point. However, this level differs for each of us. It's very much like the stress on a violinstring. Not enough produces a dull. harsh sound. Too much makes sharp, annoyingnoir, or causes the string to snap. However, just the right degree can createmagnificent tones. Similarly, we all need to find the proper level of stressthat promotes optimal performance, and enables us to make harmonious music. Goodhealth is more than just the absence of illness. Rather, it is a very robuststate of physical and emotional well being that acknowledges the importance andinseparability of mind/body relationships. In the next program. I hope you willjoin me in the pursuit of learning how to exploit stress, so that it can workfor you. and make you more productive, rather than self-destructive.
壓力的高考英語作文 篇5
If you feel overwhelmed by stress, you're not alone. Stress affects most people today, thanks to our fast-paced world and hectic lives. Some stress is normal and can get you going and help you focus. However, too much stress can have a negative effect on your mind and body.Stress is the pressure of having too much to handle. The body's reaction to stress is the "fight-or-flight" response. It helped early humans fight or flee from an enemy. In fact, our bodies still react to stress in the same way. If this happens often, it can lead to unwanted symptoms. Stress is not all bad. On the upside, it can help you cope with change. Or, stress can help you handle challenging situations, like talking in front of a group. On the downside, stress can make you feel out of control. And constant stress can harm your health. But by learning to deal with stress better, you can avoid its negative effects.。

壓力的高考英語作文 篇15
Recently, my brother’s friend was found in a strange city by his father. The boy was in his second year of college, but he disappeared on his way home of the train. All his families felt so sad and his father kept searching him for more than three months, finally he was found. People thought he was kidnapped, but he told the truth that he made the decision, because he felt great pressure and just wanted to run away. Everybody will need to face pressure, from study or work, but we can’t just run away. We can choose to face it with right attitude. Don’t be so hard on yourself. With less expectation and pressure, life will be much easier. When you learn to deal with pressure, you have grown up.
I see two kinds of pressure working on college students today: economic pressure, parental pressure. It is easy to look around for rebels to blame the colleges for charging too much money, the parents for pushing them too far. But there are no rebels, only victims.
The pressure is heavy on students who just want to graduate and get a job. If I were an employer I would rather employ graduates who have this range and curiosity than those who narrowly pursued safe subjects and high grades. I know incalculable students whose inquiring minds cheer me. I like to hear the play of their ideas. I dont know if they are getting A or C, and I dont care. I also like them as people. The country needs them, and they will find satisfying jobs. I tell them to relax, but they cant.
Nor can I blame them. They live in a brutal economy. Today it is not unusual for a student, even if he works part time at college and full time during the summer, to increase to 5, 000 in loans after graduation.Encouraged at commencement to go forth into the world, he is already behind as he goes forth. How could he not feel under pressure throughout college to prepare for this day of reckoning?
壓力的高考英語作文 篇17
As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it.As the pace of modern life continues to increase,we are always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.It seems to us that everyone around us is aggressive. Therefore, whatever one does,he feels under stress all the time.It is clear that stress has much to do with the life in a competitive society.
Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be.They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and to give purpose to life.Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline and hence endangers his health.According to them, relaxation, the opposite of stress,is essential for a healthy mind and body.
Personally,I’m in favor of the former view.I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my opinion,it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health.
壓力的高考英語作文 篇18
Some people think working under pressure keeps us motivated. Maybe a little pressure does good to us, but too much pressure is not beneficial to students.
Scientific studies show people working under too much pressure generally don’t perform as well as they do when are not under extreme pressure. Psychologically, too much pressure can lead to mental problems or disorders. In recent years, there has been an increase in stress-related diseases among college and high-school students.
Psychologists say it is due to too much pressure from their academic studies. A newspaper article says many students admit that they have cheated in exams because of excessive pressure coming from their parents and teachers who demand high marks in their examination. When they fail to live up to their parents’ expectations, some may even commit suicide.
Student should be self-motivated. Fair competition should be encouraged. Most students do better when they are studying for themselves, not for their parents or teachers and definitely not under more pressure from school.

Stress is a state ofbeing upset that happens when we are under pressure We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stress for too long For instance, it can come from fights with other people It can also come when we do not have enough money to pay for what we want There are good ways and bad ways to do so Good ways to cut down on stress include changing our lifestyles We can decide what to do now, what to do later, and what to leave off doing forever.
We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on stress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and leaving our work undone, blaming our problems on someone else, stealing or cheating.

Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure. Both our feelings and our bodies get upset.
We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stressfor too long. Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it cancome from fights with other people. 壓力的高考英語作文 篇21
" I can‘t stand the pressure and competition," explained one friend of mine when asked why he decided to quit his highly-paid but demanding position in his company recently. My friend may have his own reasons, but I don‘t think his decision is wise in reality.
It is true that my friend‘s case is not unique. In the last few years quite a number of men and women have chosen to do something less competitive at the cost of a comfortable, easy life a highly-paid job can obtain. They are afraid that the stresses and strains of work will rob them of joy and happiness and do them harm both physically and mentally. In fact, however, stress isn‘t the bad thing it is often supposed to be. Unless it gets out of control, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and challenge, and to give purpose and significance to an otherwise meaningless, idle life. People under stress tend to express their full range of potential and to actualize their own personal worth - the very aim of a human life.
Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. What we can do is to develop our adaptive abilities to deal with it rather than to escape from it.
壓力的高考英語作文 篇22
work pressure refers to the compelling force or influence that comes from ones work. nowadays with the competition in the work field becoming more and more fierce (激烈), work pressure has become a serious problem for every person. it has held a growing attention.

壓力的高考英語作文 篇23
Nowadays Chinese students, who are facing firece competance, are under great stress.
First, they always have endless homework to do. it is quite common to see a primary student work til 12 o'clock to finish the work. Second, students' spare time is occupied by various training classes. Many parents wish their children to be versatile, so they send them to learn drawing, dancing, singging, playing the piano, and so on, which bring a lot of burden to the students. Third, students have to face the ranking. Ranking system is applied nearly by every Chinese school, which is a way for the teachers to measure the learning quality of students. However, the ranking system makes students nervous, and in order to get a better result, they have to work harder and harder. If the result is unsatisfied, the students probably wil be abused by parents.
All in all, nowadays students are under great stress, which casts shadow on their childhood and even adolescence. Therefore, as far as I am concerned, we should give students more spare time, to enjoy life, to have closer touch to the nature, and to spend more time to play and communicate with their peers and parents.
壓力的高考英語作文 篇24
A person who is stressed typically has anxious thoughts and difficulty concentrating or remembering. Stress can also change outward behaviors.
Disease(生病): Physicians increasingly acknowledge that stress is a contributing factor in a wide variety of health problems. These problems include cardiovascular disorders such as hypertension (high blood pressure) and coronary heart disease (coronary atherosclerosis, or narrowing of the heart’s arteries). Stress also appears to be a risk factor in cancer, chronic pain problems, and many other health disorders.
There is substantial evidence that stress suppresses the activity of the immune system, leaving an organism more susceptible to infectious diseases.
壓力的高考英語作文 篇25
If you love your job, part of the reason may be that you freely chose the work that you do.
You were not forced to do it. But imagine a situation during wartime in which there were some soldiers or guards with guns standing above you, forcing you to do that same job. Suddenly it would not be pleasurable work anymore.
The fear that you might be harmed if you did not work quickly and efficiently would be very stressful.
There would be a sense of danger as you worked below the level where the gunmen were standing.
Working "under the gun" of a watchful and hostile master would make anyone nervous.
Thus, although no one we can see nearby may have an actual gun, we use this idiom in any work situation where the workers are put under strong pressure to perform quickly and efficiently.

How many people have stress caused by the last-minute taking care of routine chores? I know that you can make yourself enjoy a stress-free morning the next day if getting ready and have pack everything that you need before going to bed.Making a plan is very important for a bigger project.
Think about it, how many times do you find yourself searching your keys at the last minute, or forgetting to take something? Therefore, the minute you find out about a project you should mark it on your calendar or Post-it note, and put those notes where you see it often. This is a really practical, simple method for you to control your time and get rid of the last-minute stress.

Stress mainly comes from our work, study and families. When we feel stressed, we often have bad moods on the day and can't sleep well at night. That's too bad for our health.
To help ease stress, some good ways are suggested. Firstly, we can chat with our parents and friends. Maybe they can give us some good advice. Secondly, we ought to do some exercise, which can help us have a nice sleep at night. Moreover, we are supposed to balance our life with more outdoor activities, so as to make our life more colorful and vivid.
