　　Honesty means speaking the truth and being fair and upright in act. He who lies and cheats is dishonest.Those who gain fortunes not by hard labour but by other means is dishonest.

　　Honesty is a good virtue. If you are honest all the time,you’ll be trusted and respected by others. A liar is always looked down upon and regarded as a black sheep by the people around. Once you lie, people will never believe you even if you speak the truth.

　　However, in the tide of commodity economy today, it seems that more and more people believe in money at the sacrifice of honesty. To them, among such things as health, beauty, money, intelligence, honesty, reputation and talent, honesty is the only thing that can be east away. They don’t understand or pretend not to understand that honesty is the biggest fortune humans own, and that it is the prerequisite for doing everything well. I think these people areto be pitied.

　　In short, honesty is gold. Honest, your reputation will become great;dishonest, your name will be spoiled and your personality degraded. Therefore, we should never make such an excuse as "A little dishonesty is only a trifle thing. We should eradicate immediately the seed of dishonesty once it is sowed in our minds.

　　誠實意味著說真話，是公平和正直的行為。謊言和欺騙的人是不誠實的。那些不通過辛勤勞動而是其他方式獲得財富的人，是不誠實的。

　　誠實是一種良好的美德。如果你是誠實的,你會受到他人的信任和尊重。騙子總是被周圍的人瞧不起，被視為一個敗家子。一旦你撒謊，人們不會相信你，即使你說真話。

　　然而，在商品經(jīng)濟的浪潮的今天，似乎越來越多的人相信錢，犧牲誠實。對他們來說，在諸如健康、美麗、金錢智慧、誠實、聲譽和人才，誠實是唯一可以放棄的。他們不理解或假裝不理解，誠實是人類自己最大的財富，這是做好一切的先決條件。我認為這些人需要同情。

　　簡而言之，誠信是金。誠實，你的名聲將成為偉大的;不誠實，你的名字會被寵壞的，人性退化。因此,我們不應該讓這樣的借口是“不誠實只是小事”。我們應該立即消除不誠實，一旦播下了不誠實的種子就將一直在我們的心中。
