學(xué)英語作文 篇1
Whenever I think of the past, I will say, "my classmate, thank you!" Because that was very impressive to me.
It was a day in grade three. The teacher sat on the podium, and the students were quietly writing the composition in the class today. I wrote and wrote, and suddenly my pen could not write. I dumped my pen, wrote it, then jilted it, and then I wrote... By the end of the last point, my pen was totally *. This time, no matter how I dump it, wring it, and squeezing it, it's all a result - I can't write it.
Smiling at the podium, the teacher said: "we have finished the first reward yo!" It's a bad luck. I'll finish it in two minutes. At this time, I can't write it out. 10 minutes later, one of the students finished writing, and the teacher covered her with two red flowers. I was in a hurry to cry, the first one should be me! At that time, I was in the class like the wild lilies hiding in the corner of the wall, how unobtrusive. Can't not write! Many people have given their compositions to the teacher. Finally, the teacher's mood turned a heavy rain, and said, "Yang Ting, you are one of you, hurry up!" I'm going to be silly, and I whisper to my classmates, "you... Can lend me steel... Do you have a pen? " To my surprise, everyone was willing to lend me. I quickly finished writing the composition, handed to the teacher, the teacher also gave me two red flowers.
Students, this is a small pen, but contains a strong feeling of students. My classmates, you gave me the same thing - confidence. Thank you, classmate.
The deep feeling between them! The care of these students makes me feel warm and grateful, and it makes me feel grateful.
Although it has been a long time ago, I still remember it and remember it in my heart. Now, grade six, when we waved farewell, please bring my best wishes! Thank you...

學(xué)英語作文 篇3
At one time or another, most of us will come to a point in our lives when it’s time to determine our next step. As a business and success coach, I often hear from people who are wondering if it’s time to make a change in their lives. Things may be going well, or not-so-well, but for whatever reason, they’re thinking that it’s time for change. They come to me for help figuring out what’s next in their career.
Most people are not in jobs that they planned and studied for. As a matter of fact, it’s pretty clear that many people are in careers that just “happened.” They started working at a job thinking it was going to be something they’d do until they decided what they really wanted to get involved in, and then they just stayed around until it became a kind of career.
In other cases, individuals are in jobs or professions based on the guidance or encouragement of other people in their lives. Perhaps their parents always wanted a doctor in the family. Maybe their boyfriend or wife kept telling them they were capable of “better” things and needed to get moving on their career. My point is this: Regardless of how they got to where they are now, it wasn’t, for most of the population, a well thought-out plan that was skillfully executed.
In my coaching practice, I’ve learned that this situation often translates into people doing work that really isn’t right for them personally. They may be doing okay, but they sure don’t bound out of bed looking forward to getting to work each day.
We are all more successful when we are doing things we enjoy. To help clients decide what that may be, I ask them a few questions designed to get them to take an honest look at who they are at their core.
For those of you who’ve been thinking, “Maybe I should make the move into management,” I’ve put together this list of 10 warning signals. If any of these hit you as your personal reality, the chances are that you are not cut out to be a manager.

pared with creating a learning atmosphere. although they never epect children to appreciate their efforts or reward them, they do wish that children could understand their intentions.
however, sometimes children can not understand parents sacrifices. some children take them for granted, because they have been used to these sacrifices from childhood. sense of self centeredness gradually develops into selfishness. some disagree with parents but are unable to persuade them. chances given, these children prefer to do elementary household chores (家務(wù)活) like tidying bedrooms, sweeping the floor and washing dishes.
in my personal judgement, parents should not completely sacrifice themselves to childrens academic interest and welfare. it is unwise for them to pin(寄托,寄寓) all epectations and hopes on their children while neglecting themselves. various sacrifices in monetary(金錢的), material and spiritual terms may change into pressure on children rather than motivation for more satisfactory results.

Modern medicine is saving millions of lives with such wonder drugs as penicillin and the mycins and such advanced techniques as radioactive treatment. At the same time, more and more Chinese and a growing number of westerners place greater confidence in the prescriptions of herb medicines and acupuncture therapy.
Herbs used in the aromatic but often bitter brews are not limited to the vegetable kingdom. Materialsand animal substances are also ingredients. Moreover, not all the concoctions are to be drunk. Many medicines are in the form of pills, ointments and powders.
Hundreds of millions of people in China, East Asia and overseas Chinese communities have been cured of diseases which western prescriptions failed to do so.
Herbal medical treatment is mild and tonic, and its curative processes slow. The objective is to find the seat of the trouble or obstruction and then work to counteract its effects.
Surprisingly enough, Chinese herbs also include such strange things as insects, deer horn, tiger bones, cicada shells, frogs, and toads. Liquid concoctions usually thick, brownish or black, and.often taste bitter.
A proverb says "Efficacious remedies are i bitter in the mouth but beneficial to the body," and I think Chinese herbs bear the best proof.

My View on the “Campus Star” Contest
At an age of character and individuality being encouraged and
demonstrated, we see various “stars” pop up—singing stars, dancing stars, movie stars and sport stars, etc. Many schools even hold contests to choose their “Campus Stars”. Although these activities make our cultural life on campus more colorful and varied, a lot of problems spring up at the same time.
First of all, these activities can result in the swelling of vanity in some students, making them become arrogant, or even feel superior to other students. Moreover, these activities can greatly distract the students from their study. In order to become a star, they will, without any doubt, spend a lot of time and energy on the preparation and
competition. The focus of their academic life will be shifted, and even worse, they can become too enthusiastic about extracurricular activities and hate the academic knowledge and skills they need to grasp for their future development。
On the whole, I think these various “Campus Star” contests should be controlled on the campus. After all, schools are different from any other social institutions. Extracurricular activities should be
encouraged, but they should be helpful to the students academic study and all-round development。
