的努力對(duì)造福社會(huì)有好處，同時(shí)也促進(jìn)了他們財(cái)富的積累，因此也使他們更幸福。
毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，尤其是在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)里，財(cái)富帶來(lái)幸福。各種現(xiàn)代化的家用電器、時(shí)裝和娛樂(lè)層出不穹、日新月異。這一切使我們的生活更為舒適、豐富多彩。因此，沒(méi)有金錢，我們就無(wú)法把羨慕變成現(xiàn)實(shí)。
但是當(dāng)財(cái)富脫離了幸福，就會(huì)產(chǎn)生各種例外。財(cái)富可以促使意志薄弱者養(yǎng)成惡習(xí)，如吸毒或賭博，并導(dǎo)致他們自身的毀滅。此外，如果一個(gè)人一心追求財(cái)富并沉溺于奢侈的生活，他就會(huì)失去理智、誤入岐途。例如，甚至還有一些政府官員利用他們的職位向求助者索賄。所有這些都會(huì)產(chǎn)生財(cái)富的負(fù)面效應(yīng)，如果我們不能正確對(duì)待財(cái)富的話。
