Job responsibility:
1. Assist General Manager to coordinate with all functional heads for busineobjective and company plan alignment.
協(xié)助總經(jīng)理完成與各部門主管的協(xié)調(diào)工作以完成商業(yè)目標和公司的.合作。
2. Monthly track achievements vs targets in dashboard and consolidate evaluation summaries from all functions and departments.
每月跟蹤落實各部門的業(yè)績和歸納各部門的工作總結。
3. Consolidate projects initiated by all department heads and help General Manager arrange weekly management meeting to update project progreand results.
歸整各部門提出的計劃,協(xié)助總經(jīng)理完成每周的經(jīng)理會議,以更新計劃進展和結果。
4. Proceand monitor approval procedures in daily operations such contract chopping and signing, application processing,etc.
全程記錄和跟蹤日常人事任免情況和檔案申請表管理。
5. Assist General Manager in businedocument compiling and translation such as routine businereport, correspondence letter and company announcement.
協(xié)助總經(jīng)理歸整商業(yè)文檔并且翻譯日常商業(yè)報告,贊助信和公司公文。
6. Help General Manager to setup itinerary for various meeting, businetrip and appointment with customers.
協(xié)助總經(jīng)理完成各項會議的起草籌備工作,安排商業(yè)出差(考察)和與客人的會面。
7. Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
其他與總經(jīng)理有關的各項任務。
