Good morning everyone, I feel flattered to be here and share my topic with you. Today what I want to talk about is gender discrimination,. As is known to us all, International Women"s Day is embraced in many countries around the world. The date of March 8th reminds people of the importance of women, for they give birth to the children and the contribution they make to the family. Nowadays, more women have got the respect and certain rights. But gender discrimination still exists, for both men and women.

For the discrimination on women, it is easy for people to notice this problem. In the last century, the word feminism was created and many women fought for the respect. For some reason, women pregnancy is seemed to lost benefit to company, and for a woman sometimes, having a baby means give up her dream. These lead to a more unequal social status of men and women.

For the discrimination on men, which is easily to be ignored. Men are considered to be different from women in their acts. Actually, men have the right to do what they want, but the public opinion limits them.

Girls need to do much harder than boys in some places and boys have to work hard to make his family for a living So now, can we say this is gender equality? From my point of view, eliminating the discrimination on men and women maybe a hard work or even an impossibility, but what we can do is to remove our bias and respect each individual, gradually declining gap in gender. And everyone has the right to pursue their happiness.

大家好！今天我想談談種族歧視這一嚴峻的問題。人類作為社會性動物，天生就有著群體意識和社交需求，但有些人往往會將自己的膚色、血統(tǒng)等標簽放在極端重要的位置，從而產(chǎn)生了種族歧視。
hello everyone! Today I want to talk about the serious issue of racial discrimination. As social animals, humans are born with a sense of community and social needs, but some people often place their skin color, bloodline, and other labels in extremely important positions, leading to racial discrimination.
在我們的社會中，種族歧視不僅僅是個別現(xiàn)象，而是一個深層次的、根深蒂固的.問題。種族歧視在社會各個方面都有所體現(xiàn)，比如教育、就業(yè)、社交等方面。一些人因為種族歧視而失去了機會，有的人因此遭受了侮辱和傷害。這樣的情況不僅違背了人類的尊嚴和平等基本原則，也嚴重影響了社會的發(fā)展和進步。
In our society, racial discrimination is not just an isolated phenomenon, but a deep-seated and deeply rooted problem. Racial discrimination is reflected in various aspects of society, such as education, employment, and socialization. Some people have lost opportunities due to racial discrimination, while others have suffered humiliation and harm as a result. This situation not only violates the basic principles of human dignity and equality, but also seriously affects the development and progress of society.
作為一名年輕人，我們應該有敢于說“不”和對抗歧視的勇氣。我們應該積極參與到反對種族歧視的行動中來，通過宣傳、教育等方式來提高人們的意識，鼓勵大家尊重別人的不同文化、膚色和信仰。
As young people, we should have the courage to say no and fight against discrimination. We should actively participate in the action against racial discrimination, raise peoples awareness through propaganda, education, and other means, and encourage everyone to respect others different cultures, skin colors, and beliefs.
