The Do's and Don'ts of Interviews
Do's
Project a positive message from the moment you enter the interview room -- appropriate clothing, positive body language, friendliness and confidence all help you to present well. Try to relax during the interview.
Your interview performance is not only based on how you look, how well you answer questions and how you respond to tasks and activities. Your manner in the interview is also important.
Body language creates a powerful, sometimes unconscious, message to those people who decide your fate. Posture, facial expressions and even the positioning of arms and legs can send a positive or negative message.
Don'ts
The don‘ts are, in general, the opposite of the positive messages. For example, do not dress in clothing which is worn out, dirty or too casual. To look your best at the interview, make sure you get an early night.
