面試緊張的應(yīng)對(duì)辦法
Handling Nerves in Job Interview
Feeling nervous at job interviews is normal. Use these techniques to reduce anxiety:
1. Be prepared. Have your research done, your interview questions worked out, (but not memorised) and your questions ready to fire. You may want to have a check list or a summary of this information to look at while you wait for your interview.
2. Arrive about 10 minutes early for your interview. This allows you to calm yourself and shows that you are organised.
3. Use relaxation methods to help you focus. Try deep breathing, or spend 20 minutes meditating at home before the interview. Visualise being successful, then clear your mind to allow the visualisation to work on your subconscious mind. If your mind is wandering, try imagining a totally black or white "space", or use a single nonsense word like "ah" to chase away stray thoughts.
In the interview, slow down your rate of speech if you are talking too quickly, or pause before you answer. Pausing allows your brain more time to process the question and also tells the interviewer that you are giving the question some thought before answering, i.e. you are not simply reciting your answer.
