  the general idea of this period

  introduce some useful expression in order to make students practice speaking everyday english better. go on to practice showing position and show direction.

  7. it’s three blocks north from here.

  useful expressions for telling locations

  1. the library is opposite/behind/next to/in front of the training center.

  2. it’s on the right / left. on your right/left in the eastern/western/southern/northern/part of the city.
