渭河下游河流沿線區(qū)域生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)及管理研究
摘要: 以陜西渭河下游河流沿線區(qū)域?yàn)檠芯繀^(qū),利用3S技術(shù)和多種數(shù)學(xué)建模及現(xiàn)代地理學(xué)中的數(shù)學(xué)方法,在美國(guó)生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的理論框架和區(qū)域生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的方法步驟下,對(duì)研究區(qū)進(jìn)行了基于干旱、洪水、污染、水土流失4種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源的綜合生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià).結(jié)果表明,高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)主要分布在渭河干流、黃河小北干流、涇河和灞河的一級(jí)緩沖區(qū)內(nèi);低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)主要位于植被覆蓋度高的秦嶺北坡海拔1 300 m以上的山地區(qū)和西安及高陵縣內(nèi)的部分地區(qū).由于生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的最終目的是為環(huán)境管理提供數(shù)量化的決策依據(jù)和理論支持,因此最后對(duì)不同級(jí)別的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)提出了具體的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)策. Abstract: Taking the catchment area along the Weihe River in Shaanxi Province as a study area, by using 3S techniques, a variety of mathematical models and methods, under the theoretical framework and method's steps of American Ecological Risk Assessment and Regional Ecological Risk Assessment, general ecological risk was assessed on the basis of four risk sources of drought, flood, pollution and soil erosion. The results showed the high risk regions chiefly laid in the first buffer of mainstream in Weihe, northern Yellow River, Jinghe River and Bahe River. The low risk regions located in Xian city and Gaoling county partly, along with mountainous region above 1 300 m on northern slope of Qinling Mountain.
