附:關(guān)于求職信寫作問題
1、關(guān)于態(tài)度：
一份求職信中所蘊(yùn)含的“不卑不亢”“有禮有節(jié)”的態(tài)度是十分重要的。
請注意閱讀以上求職信模板，體會這種感覺。過于謙卑的用語，繁瑣的表達(dá)方式，只會減分。我們要寫一份簡單、直接、高效、不卑不亢的求職信。
2、關(guān)于稱呼：
這里寫：先生/女士您好，
“尊敬的XX公司招聘負(fù)責(zé)人”等寫法，則過于謙卑，HR看到此類稱呼的第一感受就是“郵件對面是個(gè)涉世未深的小朋友”，給人不成熟的感受。
3、關(guān)于信息來源：
所有的HR都關(guān)心求職者是從哪里看到他/她發(fā)的招聘信息。郵件第一句即表明信息來源，并以此作為開篇之句，引入下面的話題，非常合適。
4、求職原因：
注意歸結(jié)為兩點(diǎn)：一是勝任;二是興趣。
HR要找的，就是即能勝任工作，又喜歡這份工作的人。
5、描述自己的能力：
一般招聘信息里都列明了職位要求，這里只需一一對應(yīng)的去寫就好。把自己對應(yīng)的情況寫上。
用詞注意簡潔，清晰，順序不要變。
最后可以加一句補(bǔ)充，列舉HR要求之外的一項(xiàng)自己的能力，目的是為了說明自己勝任職位。例如：“我家住的離公司很近”等等一切可以加分的理由，可以補(bǔ)充一下。
注：即使自己并未完全符合職位要求的條件，仍可以試，誠實(shí)描述即可。一般來說，HR多數(shù)情況下并強(qiáng)求100%符合要求的人。
6、結(jié)尾結(jié)論：
結(jié)論就是兩個(gè)：一是勝任;二是興趣。或：一是興趣，二是勝任。
