摘 要
教育歸根結(jié)底是對個性的養(yǎng)成,語文教育在中學生良好個性的形成與發(fā)展中扮演著主導性角色,尤其對處于個性形成期的中學生,中學語文教育更是具有不可替代的作用。個性教育已成為教育改革所關(guān)注的重大主題。我國在20世紀80年代后期把個性培養(yǎng)列為教育的主題與使命之1。中學語文教育憑借其自身的人文學科優(yōu)勢,在個性教育中發(fā)揮著中流砥柱的作用。本文將論述中學生在情感、意志、性格和品德以及審美情趣等個性的幾個方面的特點,并且探討如何在中學語文教育中培養(yǎng)中學生良好的個性。

ABSTRACT
The education is in the final analysis to individuality fostering, the high school language and literature education is acting the leading role in the high-school student’s good individuality formation and the development, to the high-school student which is in the individuality formative year, the high school Chinese education is the function especially which has cannot be substituted. The individuality education became the significant subject of the education reform. Our country later period lists the individuality raise as the education subject and one of missions in the late 1980s. The high school language and literature education relies on its own humanities superiority, is playing the one who stands firm amid adversities role in the individuality education. This article will elaborate the high-school student in emotion, will, disposition and personal character as well as esthetic appeal and so on individuality the several aspects characteristic, discusses how to raise the good individuality of high-school student in the high school language and literature education.
